Hello LLAC families. It was so great seeing so many of our athletes down at training last night. Coach Millie really has the kids working and it’s so great to see them all putting in, with a smile on their dial to boot! Let the kids know that next week, Millie plans on getting the high jump mat out, as well as the hurdles. So there will be plenty of opportunity to hone in on these skills.

We still need 3 volunteers for this weeks Sunday competition, to help on the pit. If you haven’t already assisted on the pit it would be great to see you put your hand up, as we don’t won’t the same families having to volunteer each week.
